2. Return Eligibility
- Custom Orders: Due to the nature of our custom concrete coatings, returns on custom orders are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant issue with the installation.
- Non-Custom Products: Returns on non-custom products, such as tools or accessories purchased directly from us, are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Installation Services: Once installation services have been completed and accepted by the customer, returns or refunds are not applicable. Any issues related to the installation will be addressed under our warranty policy.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team at (971) 275-8331 or info@pacificshieldcoatings.com to initiate the return process. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
- Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Exceptions
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
